Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Austin, TX)

Bright Union Banking Services is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around account openings clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
