Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Austin, TX)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Austin, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around weigh tickets clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling weigh tickets. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
