Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Toledo, OH)

Northwind West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
