Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Nest Early Learning and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on licensing records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
