Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (San Diego, CA)

Cedar North Early Learning Partners is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • BLS/ACLS certification.
