Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge Wren Health runs clinics and patient services around Rochester, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
