Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Meridian Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Rochester area. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on reviews and feedback with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
