Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Bright Cross Health Group is a healthcare provider in Rochester with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
