Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Bright Ridge Insurance Associates is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
