Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Hartford. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would join a large organisation of about 284 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
