Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Silverline Cross Care Services supports families and individuals in Rochester with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
