Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fern Care Services and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
