Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Ironwood Fern Care Services provides in-home and community support in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
