Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Summit Loom Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
