Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Westbrook Lakeside Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
