Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fern Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
