Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Thistle Insurance and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
