Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Bright West Health is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • BLS/ACLS certification.
