Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Memphis with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
