Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Fernwood Corner Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
