Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Ironwood Linden Care Services supports families and individuals in Denver with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would join a large organisation of about 623 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
