Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Raleigh, NC)

Highbridge Sparrow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Raleigh design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
