Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sparrow Transit Planning and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
