Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Orchard Transit Planning and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
