Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Philadelphia, PA)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
