Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright Wren Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Philadelphia design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
