Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova Juniper Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Philadelphia design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • BLS/ACLS certification.
