Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Ember Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would join a large organisation of about 926 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on attendance records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • BLS/ACLS certification.
