Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Fern Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Philadelphia design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
