Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Umber Transit Planning and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
