Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Juniper Health Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
