Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Linden Health and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on patient scheduling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
