Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark West Care Services provides in-home and community support in Jacksonville, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on licensing with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
