Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ridge Early Learning and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
