Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Glen Care Services Group and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
