Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Sparrow Care Services and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
