Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Mill Care Services and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
