Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Mill Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Cleveland, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would join a large organisation of about 785 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
