Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Boise, ID)

Cedar Amber Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Boise, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
