Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Pike Insurance and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
