Senior Registered Nurse - telehealth (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Loom Learning Group Partners and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
