Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Lakeside Care Services and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
