Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fox Insurance and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
