Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield Ashton Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Spokane, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
