Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Drift Health provides primary and specialty care in Seattle, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on electronic records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
