Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • BLS/ACLS certification.
