Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Wilder Learning Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with learning materials.
