Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Clear Care Services and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a large organisation of about 481 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on licensing with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
