Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Rochester, NY)

Bright Fox Learning Group is an education provider in Rochester serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on patient education. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on attendance records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
