Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Harborlight Ridge Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
